Compare the four name records
Place the casino profile, photo ID, bank/card owner and e-wallet owner side by side. Check surname order, middle names, accents, hyphens and recent name changes. An email address can differ without changing ownership, but the operator may still request proof that the wallet belongs to the verified player.
Do not use another person’s method
A family member’s card, business account or shared wallet can fail ownership controls even with permission. Use a personal method in the account holder’s legal name. Never create a false profile or submit someone else’s identity file to force a match.
Correct the record before depositing
If the casino profile contains a typo or an old legal name, ask support for the approved change process. If the bank record is outdated, correct it with the bank. Preserve the confirmation and wait for verification rather than testing several mismatched methods.
Prepare masked ownership proof
The operator may ask for a statement, wallet profile or card image showing the owner and masked identifier. Show only the required fields, cover security codes and use the official upload portal. Keep the case ID and accepted-method confirmation for the later withdrawal.
